Class description

Somewhere along the way, we stopped 'play'. We get caught up in trying to do things right, following the 'rules' and taking ourselves a little too seriously. We forget the mischief, curiosity and joy of doing something like improv; doing it simply because it is fun.

In these 4 sessions of Serious Fun (Making Mischief), trainer Mellow will lead an exploration of what it means to let loose, embrace the playful side of ourselves and take creative risks-- ultimately letting go of what holds us back.
